Vision d’Or offers blindfolded team development workshops, co-facilitated by a duo consisting of a blind person and an experienced trainer.
Participants complete tasks and take on challenges as a team, but deprived of their sight.
Plunged into the dark and out of their comfort zone, they must find alternative paths, invent new solutions and collaborate to achieve their goals.
Led by blind facilitators
Because Vision d’Or blind facilitators are experts at adaptating, they help participants observe and become aware of their communication and teamwork skills.
The experience and learnings acquired during each blindfolded activity are immediately transferable to the participants’ workplace.
Vision d’Or blindfolded team development workshops are both fun and educational. They allow participants to see teamwork differently and enjoy an experience they will remember for the rest of their lives!
